Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Restio (the “Service”). By signing up or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the hotel or business you sign up on behalf of. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as you choose at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing dashboard or by writing to hello@restio.ai. Refunds are at our sole discretion outside the 14-day trial.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including (a) reverse engineering or scraping it, (b) using it to send spam or unlawful content, or (c) attempting to access another tenant’s data. Violations may result in suspension without notice.
4. Data & privacy
How we collect and use data is described in our Privacy Policy. Guest messages and booking data you bring into the Service remain yours; you grant us a licence to process them solely to operate the Service for you.
5. Warranty disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
